JOB DESCRIPTION
- Implementation of marketing activities as agreed with the Marketing Manager.
- Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Assist in the understanding of customers’ behavior to evaluate and improve effectiveness of marketing activity.
- Provides marketing research information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trends.
- Implement market survey and analysis as per yearly marketing plan.
- Assembles survey reports by compiling, consolidating, formatting, and summarizing information, graphs and presentations.
- Assessing the results and providing feedback to Assistant Marketing Manager.
- Participating and implementing promotion procedures.
- Presenting promotion items to the customers in accordance with the promotion procedures.
- Collecting suggestions from customers.
- Dealing with customers’ complaint regarding to promotion program.
- Inform to Marketing Supervisor when the promotion process is finished.
- Report to Marketing Supervisor to Promotion Program
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Must have a Bachelor Degree.
- Good Personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work well in a team and independently.
- Basic knowledge of Marketing and Promotions.
