JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and corresponding with candidates.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork completion, orientation scheduling, and ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Maintain accurate employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist in organizing employee training sessions and workshops, including logistical arrangements and participant communication.
Handle administrative tasks related to employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and other documentation as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling inquiries from employees.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure HR processes align with organizational goals and objectives.
Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
JOB SPECIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR, is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
